Dear Friends & Family of Bakersfield Cowboy Football,
Bakersfield Cowboy Football, operated under Central Valley Youth Sports (CVYS) (federal tax ID #92-1611063), is respectfully requesting sponsorship for our youth football program. The money will go to the scholarship fund, equipment, season operating activities such as hiring referees, and field rental, events catered to our youth players for a one-of-a-kind experience.
Any donation to support this request would greatly be appreciated. Your donation is key to enable the children of Bakersfield to participate in a program that allows them to learn, develop, generate, and achieve goals, while they make long-lasting friendships all in a competitive atmosphere. Your support helps our program to continue to grow and offer the children of Bakersfield and the Central Valley an opportunity to play football in a positive environment.
CVYS is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, funded through player registration fees and donations. The program consists of players (ages 8-14) from all over the Bakersfield metro area. Registered players ranged from 150 players in 2021 to over 300 in 2022. It is the continued support from the community that keeps the program operating in such a successful manner.
